Our StoryCampbell Family CareEmpowering Support Starts At The Personal LevelEven before Campbel Family Care was founded, our director strongly believed that the support industry was - and always will be - one that is championed by the people within it, rather than the systems it’s founded on. That’s why our founder was adamant that our team would always take the time to connect with, and understand, our participants first before diving into the support service. In this way, our director ensured that our team would always be able to connect our participants with the right carer on a personal level, rather than just performing a box-checking process. With over our fifteen years of experience in the support industry, our director knew that the right carer, in the right home, can make all the difference. It’s a belief that has been carried by our team for the last three years of operation. It’s also how our team believes we can make a meaningful difference to our participants and members of our local Melbourne community. By taking the time to find a lifelong support partner for our participants, rather than just assigning someone who looks good on paper, we truly believe our support can empower our participants to live an independent life. | |
| | Securing Support When It Matters The MostWhen it comes to the support industry, we’d love to live in a world where money doesn’t matter. But the stark reality is, unfortunately, that for a lot of Melbourne and Australian families, money (or lack of it) can mean the differency between receiving life-changing support or not. For over fifteen years, our director witnessed far too many Melbourne families struggling with the complex terminology, confusing structure, and enormous - often hindering - bureaucracy of the NDIS. Families would spend months waiting for a meeting, only to realise they were missing a vital document. This was a stressful and anxious process, which was the last thing families need when trying to access vital support. That’s why our director made it a point to offer our expertise in securing financial support from the NDIS. We believe that many of our clients can achieve peace-of-mind with the right support and funding, both of which is needed to live their ideal life. Our director strongly believes this is the only way to do business: in return it gives our carers a sense of profound fulfilment to be able to contribute so directly to our client’s quality of life over the past three years - and for decades more we still plan to come! |
